MEMBERSHIP:
Our primary function is to help our members make informed decisions about their Talent career. We do not only partner our members with the right agency's, but also directly place our members with the clients.
As a UPC Entertainment Member you will have full access to our resource services, management counseling, workshops, seminars and talent web pages.
Our Membership is open to male and female from 4 years of age and up. We DO focus on FIT individuals for the majority of work that we cast. We only accept talent that will meet with our high standards of professionalism.
All UPC members will be accepted based on their training, obtaining a complete portfolio and staying active in their pursuit to succeed in the industry.
UPC will always try to place our members first for any casting project from production companies, ad agencies, magazines, conventions and any other talent related services that we cast for.
MANAGEMENT:
UPC is a Resource Management agency that takes a hands on approach with our members, talent base and clients. As a management agency, UPC has direct access to all Talent Agents, Ad Agents, Production Company's, Casting Agents, Product Company's, Magazines, Conventions and all other clients that need or use models and spokespersons.
UPC offers two management programs:

Talent Management - As a talent manager, UPC will be the personal mentor and guide for an individual model or talent. Managers are not Talent Agents, and are not responsible for job placement. Managers set the direction, guiding the talent through what they need to compete. Managers make a percentage of what the talent earns, not for specific bookings but for their overall earnings generated in the entertainment arena. Talent Managers also generate income from enterprises such as workshops, seminars, web pages, photography, resume services, packaging and more. If a member chooses this program, UPC would have a Management contract in place for your overall entertainment activities.

Management Resources - As a Management Resource Service, UPC offers talent a second program from which to choose. As with the talent manager program, our resource service allows members access to attend seminars, workshops, photography, resume services, web pages, packaging and more. However, with this program, the talent is not in a contractual agreement to pay UPC compensation for any entertainment bookings that UPC does NOT book or negotiate for the talent. If our talent feels they are not capable of managing a particular deal, we offer assistance to our members providing them with the proper education necessary to communicate effectively to those whom they are doing business with. |
PACKAGING:
This is a resource with a multitude of aspects. We offer portfolio creation and design. Comp card preparation, layout and photography services. We also offer web page design and posting (for members only). Our primary focus is to offer our members peace of mind and allow them the ability to focus on what they do well as talent, allowing us to provide our resource base.
RESOURCES:
As a resource center, UPC Entertainment will help all of our members find the most reliable, inexpensive and professional services you may need. With our vast resource base, we will be able to help you contact and secure these services in your area. You will have immediate access to the following UPC resources:

JOIN:
It is not necessary to become a member of the UPC Entertainment Group to participate in our programs. All of our education and casting programs are open to anyone wishing to participate.
